‘Valencia CF visits your school’ kicks off a new season in Torrent
The Club will visit twelve schools with special attention to the centres affected by the flash floods
The money raised in the game against Real Betis will help those affected by the DANA tragedy
Valencia CF would like to publicly thank fans for their attendance and collaboration in the events prior to the match against Real Betis, as tributes were paid to the victims, those affected and emergency groups involved in the DANA catastrophe.
This past Saturday, Mestalla recorded the second highest attendance of the season, both in general attendance (43,975) and in ticket sales through the ticket office.
In total, 8,264 tickets were sold for a value of 325,357 euros, a collection that will be paid in full to the FILA CERO initiative set up by the VCF Foundation and that Peter Lim, majority shareholder of Valencia CF, will match through a personal donation.
HELP THOSE WHO NEED IT MOST
All funds raised through the VCF Foundation's FILA CERO initiative will go towards helping children and families affected by the DANA tragedy that has devastated the Valencia region, with the aim of resuming sporting and educational activities as soon as possible.
In addition to the financial contribution of the club and its majority shareholder, those who wish to do so also have the opportunity to collaborate with a private donation through the VCF Foundation.
